The Carroll County Health Department is planning to provide services in different locations in Carroll County, using our new mobile unit, Health on Wheels.

Health on Wheels Mobile Services will include Reproductive Health services STI screening, testing, and treatment HIV and Hepatitis C testing Blood pressure screening Smoking cessation Oral cancer screening Health education Narcan training and distribution Peer support services Birth and death certificates Assistance with vaccines for children and adults WIC Services (by appointment) Information and referrals to other services Not all services will be available at all times. Please bring your insurance card and ID if possible.
