Dental Clinic

The Dental Clinic offers a variety of dental services, including:
- Dental exams
- Cleanings
- X-rays
- Sealants
- Extractions
- Fillings
No braces or orthodontic services are available.
Children are encouraged to visit the dental clinic when they get their first tooth.

The federal American Rescue Plan Act, passed into law on March 11, 2021, establishes a new
state option to expand Medicaid coverage for expectant women from 60 days to 12 months

Who can get services?
To be eligible for Dental Clinic services, children must:
- Be a resident of Carroll County
- Be between the ages of 1-18
- Be enrolled in the Maryland Medical Assistance Program (Maryland Healthy Smiles)
Pregnant women must:
- Be a resident of Carroll County
- Be enrolled in Maryland Medical Assistance Program (Maryland Healthy Smiles)
How do I get services?
Call 410-876-4918 to make an appointment. Appointments are required. There is sometimes a waiting list due to high demand.

Monday –Thursday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Closed on state holidays.)
Cost
No cost. For children and pregnant women on Medical Assistance (MA)/ Maryland Healthy Smiles only.
