Behavioral Health Services include the oversight of treatment providers in the county and prevention of and recovery from:

• Substance abuse

• Mental health disorders

The Bureau of Prevention, Wellness, and Recovery (BPWR) and our partner agencies have many programs to help you with substance use issues, mental health issues, or both.

The first step to recovery is to find the programs you need. Call BPWR at 410-876-4449 or click on the program link on the left to get started.

We have a “no wrong door” policy and will help you get on the path to recovery.
