National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. Locations will have resources, games, demonstrations, and some will have food.

In Carroll County, there are several locations that the Carroll County Health Department will be attending. They include:

Hampstead (6-9pm) at War Memorial Park

Manchester (6-8pm) at the Manchester Activities Building

New Windsor (6:30-8:30pm) at the New Windsor Fire Department Carnival Grounds

Sykesville (6-9pm) at the Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department

Taneytown (6-8pm) at Taneytown Memorial Park

Union Bridge (6-8pm) at the parking lot located at East Broadway and Main Street

Westminster (6-8pm) at Dutterer Family Park

Westminster (6-8:30pm) at the Bishop’s Garth Apartments
