The Carroll County Health Department is hosting a “Take Back Day” in partnership with Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.  Bring unused or expired medication and/or used sharps for safe disposal.

OK to bring:

• Prescription medication
• Pet medication
• Over-the-counter medication
• Supplements
• Syringes
• Needle tips
• Lancets
• Auto injectors

DO NOT BRING:

• Liquids
• Illicit drugs
• Vaping devices
• E-liquids containing nicotine
• Cannabis products

No ID or paperwork required to dispose of medication or sharps.
