Health Services – Colorectal Cancer Screening Program

Doctor consulting with patient
Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in the United States. Colorectal cancer includes cancer of the colon, or intestines, and the rectum. Colon cancer is very treatable when it is found early.

If you are 45 years of age or older, you should be screened for Colorectal Cancer.

If you have certain risk factors you may need to be screened earlier.

The Colorectal Cancer Screening Program helps low-income Carroll County residents 45 and over to get screening tests at no cost.
