Doctor consulting with patient

Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in the United States. Colorectal cancer includes cancer of the colon, or intestines, and the rectum. Colon cancer is very treatable when it is found early.
If you are 50 years of age or older, you should be screened for Colorectal Cancer.
If you have certain risk factors you may need to be screened earlier.

The Colorectal Cancer Screening Program helps low-income Carroll County residents 50 and over to get no-cost screening tests.
