Dental Access Program
The Dental Access Program is a referral program for reduced-fee, private dental services. People who qualify receive a 35% discount on dental services from participating dentists.
How to Obtain Services
Who can get services?
- Carroll County residents ages 2–21 and age 60 and above
- Must meet income guidelines to qualify
- Must not have dental insurance
- Must go to a participating dentist to receive the discount

Call Monday- Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Cost
There is no cost to enroll in the Dental Access Program. You will receive a 35% discount off of dental service fees at participating dentists.
