Community Tobacco Grants
The Cigarette Restitution Fund Program provides community organizations, businesses and other groups the opportunity to initiate projects that require $4500 or less. Community grants provide funds for non-traditional projects with community-wide benefit, giving community organizations, businesses and other groups an opportunity to have direct input and influence on improving the health of Carroll County residents.
Projects must fit into one of the following categories:
- Implementation of a tobacco free campus for a business or organization
- Engaging and empowering youth in anti-tobacco awareness campaigns
- Preventing secondhand smoke exposure by youth
