Crisis Stabilization Center
Funding has been identified by the Maryland Department of Health’s Behavioral Health Administration to support the development of a Crisis Walk-In or Crisis Stabilization Center, to provide immediate access or linkages to services for people with an opioid use disorder, with or without co-occurring substance use or mental health disorders.

After-School Programs for Middle Schools
The county is considering funding an after-school program to provide a safe, positive environment for middle school students in Carroll County Public Schools, with an additional focus on substance use prevention. Proposals are due February 28, 2019.
