Administrative Care Coordination – ACC

Administrative Care Coordination (ACCU) staff help Carroll County residents access and use their Medical Assistance health care services and benefits.

This free program is a local resource of the Maryland Department of Health. It is available to anyone who has or is eligible for Medical Assistance.

New! Dental services will be available to all adults over the age of 21 who receive full Medicaid benefits, effective January 1, 2023, in addition to children. Services will include diagnostic, preventative, restorative, endodontic, periodontic, and certain prosthodontic services; oral maxillofacial surgery; and sedation. Visit the Maryland Healthy Smiles Dental Program for more information and to find providers.
