The Carroll County Health Department has been notified that Dr. Edith Mihaescu, a psychiatrist in Westminster, had her medical license suspended on 1/24/18. Patients of Dr. Mihaescu can call the Health Department at 410-876-4806 for assistance during business hours (8am – 5 pm weekdays). After hours, they may call the Maryland Crisis Hotline at 1-800-422-0009.
