Medical Assistance Nurse Monitoring is for Carroll County residents receiving services from Home and Community Based Services under Medicaid.

How to Obtain Services

Who can get services?

Carroll County residents who are enrolled in one of the following programs:

  • Community First Choice (CFC)
  • Community Personal Assistance Services (CPAS)
  • Community Options Waiver (COW)
